Tipos de funnels de ventas más efectivos
Piensa en cualquier vehículo a motor.
¿Qué necesita un coche para poder funcionar?
Lo imprescindible es tener ruedas, gasolina y una persona (por ahora) que lo conduzca.
En el caso de los embudos pasa algo similar, hay tres elementos imprescindibles para tener un sistema efectivo:
- Contenido.
- Tráfico.
- Conversión.
Tienes que diseñar una estrategia de contenidos potente, porque el contenido te va a permitir educar a tu cliente y convencerlo de que eres la mejor opción.
Ese contenido, tendrás que promocionarlo y para ello la publicidad es uno de los mejores canales.
El Trafficker es justamente la persona responsable de hacer esta fase del embudo.
Y finalmente, todo ese tráfico tendrá que convertir y comenzar una serie de automatizaciones.
Esta última fase es lo que vamos a ver ahora.

Para la parte de conversión es imprescindible tener un contenido lo suficientemente potente para que las personas te den sus datos personales.

➡️1. Embudo de captación de leads
Es uno de los tipos de embudos de ventas más utilizados en prácticamente cualquier proyecto.
Además de para captar leads, también suele utilizarse para vender productos con un precio reducido.
Es decir, entre los 7€ y 197€.
El proceso es muy sencillo:
También podrías probar los anuncios de generación de clientes potenciales de Facebook en vez de llevar el tráfico a una landing.
➡️ 2. Tripwire Funnel
El Tripwire Funnel también conocido como OTO, es tipo de funnel cuyo objetivo no es ganar dinero, sino conseguir leads cualificados al menor coste posible.
Es decir, financiar las campañas de publicidad para la venta de productos de mayor inversión.
Para que lo entiendas mejor, voy a enseñarte el proceso:
Los anuncios para captar leads a través de Facebook o Google tienen un coste.
La misión del twipwire es conseguir leads gratuitos o con el menor coste posible.
Además, piensa que cuando una persona te ha comprado una vez, es más probable que lo vuelva a hacer en un futuro.
➡️ 3. Webinar Funnel
Los webinars suelen utilizarse para vender productos con un precio entre los 197€ y los 997€.
(Aunque realmente no hay ninguna regla establecida)
También he visto webinars en directo o automatizados para vender membresias de 10€ a 30€.
Suelen tener entre una hora y hora y media de duración con el siguiente tipo de estructura:
- Presentación: 10 minutos.
- Contenido de valor: 30-45 minutos.
- Fase de venta: 15-30 minutos.
Los webinars en directo, suelen convertir mejor que los automatizados porque las personas están con mayor «tensión».
Por lo que te recomiendo que antes de hacer uno automatizado, hayas testeado varios en directo.
➡️ 4. Embudos de Ventas para negocios físicos
¿Tienes un gimnasio, clínica dental o estética, bufete de abogados, entrenador personal?
Entonces necesitar promocionar tu negocio local y crear un sistema que te permita conseguir clientes nuevos cada mes.
El sistema suele tener los siguientes elementos:

➡️ 5. Funnels de Ventas para productos o servicios premium
Si vendes servicios o programas premium, no será suficiente con hacer anuncios y tener una secuencia de emails.
En este caso, antes de tomar una decisión de compra necesitamos hablar con una persona para estar completamente seguros.
El objetivo del funnel es cualificar a los leads para llamar a las personas que estén más preparadas para dar el paso.
Puede tener la siguiente estructura:
Es muy importante que puedas agendar las reuniones lo más rápido posible porque gran parte del éxito va a depender de la rapidez en el proceso de citas.
➡️6. Funnel de ventas gratis + Envío
Suele utilizarse para vender productos de precio reducido.
Por ejemplo, esta estrategia la lleva a cabo Russel Brunson para vender sus libros.
En este caso, el cliente no tiene que pagar por el producto, únicamente paga por los gastos de envío y de impresión.
Una vez que la persona ya ha introducido su tarjeta de crédito, puedes hacer Upsells para que compren productos más caros.
➡️7. VSL Funnel
La VSL (Video Sales Letter) es una carta de ventas que incluye un video en lugar de tanto texto.
Es importante que en el vídeo destaques la propuesta de valor de lo que vendes, el efecto transformador y los principales beneficios, así como trabajar las objeciones.
La estructura es la siguiente:
- Titular
- Vídeo
- Botón al formulario de contacto o compra.
Normalmente el botón suele aparecer automáticamente cuando el vídeo lleva X tiempo de reproducción.
Ejemplos de embudos de venta más efectivos
Ahora que ya has visto los diferentes tipos de embudos de ventas, voy a enseñarte ejemplos más prácticos de cada uno de ellos.
➡️ 1. Ejemplo Funnel de Bienvenida
La secuencia de bienvenida suele ser una de las automatizaciones más habituales en los proyectos digitales.
El proceso es muy sencillo e intervienen los siguientes elementos.
- Tráfico.
- Página de «A un paso».
- Página de Gracias.
- Tripwire.
- Secuencia de Emails.
- Webinar, oferta y contenido.
Dependiendo del email que se mande (no es necesario seguir a raja tabla esa secuencia) tendrá un tipo de contenido u otro.

➡️ 2. Ejemplos de embudos de venta para conseguir clientes
Si ofrecer servicios o consultoría incorporar este proceso a tu estrategia puede ser realmente interesante.
El funcionamiento también es sencillo.
La primera parte es opcional y consiste en publicar de forma orgánica contenido de valor en tres posibles canales:
- Blog.
- Video Nugget.
- Publicaciones orgánicas.
Ese contenido se promociona con publicidad en Instagram y Facebook y se crean públicos personalizados de las personas que ven el contenido.
A ese público personalizado se le muestra un anuncio con una landing donde tienes un caso de éxito.
A las personas que vean el caso de éxito se les propone agendar una sesión gratuita.
Los que todavía no lo hayan hecho, inician una secuencia de emails donde en cada uno de ellos se les propone que seleccionen una fecha para la reunión.
Durante la reunión les ofreces tu solución de pago.
➡️ 3. Ejemplos de embudos de venta negocios físicos o de formación
Si tienes un negocio local y ofreces servicios de formación, este sistema puede ayudarte a conseguir más clientes.
(No es necesario que ofrezcas formación, también es útil para gimnasios, clínicas estéticas, etc).
El sistema es el siguiente.
Tienes que mandar tráfico a una squeeze page donde promocionas un taller físico gratuito.
En la landing es importante que añadas un contador de tiempo y que dejes claro que las plazas son muy limitadas.
A las personas que dejen sus datos (imprescindible pedir el número de móvil) les tienes que llamar para confirmar asistencia o enviar un WhatsApp.
Los días previos al taller, también mandas un email de recordatorio a los registrados.
Se celebra el taller (que también tiene una estructura determinada) y al final se hace un picth de ventas con un bonus de acción rápida para quien tome la decisión.
Al día siguiente el comercial llama a los que asistieron al taller y por email, se termina de convencer a los indecisos.
➡️ 4. Embudo de ventas para carritos abandonados
Muchas personas no toman la decisión de compra a la primera.
Necesitan más de un impacto para terminar de estar totalmente convencidos de que es la decisión correcta.
En este caso, podrían utilizarse tantos los anuncios en FB e IG, Google Display y automatizaciones de email marketing para recuperar a los indecisos.
En el caso de Facebook, deberían crearse diferentes tipos de públicos personalizados, pero los mínimos imprescindibles serían:
- PP personas que han visto la página de ventas en los últimos 7 y 3 días (menos los compradores)
- PP de los visitantes de la página de check-out de los últimos 7 y 3 días (menos los compradores).
También se puede crear una automatización para que las personas que visiten más de una vez la página de ventas o el check-out se les mande un email.
Ese email podría tener el asunto: «¿Has tenido un problema?» y dependiendo de lo que vendas, concretar una llamada, conversión por WhatsApp, etc.
➡️ 5. Ejemplo de webinar funnel
Los webinars son una de las técnicas de venta online más efectivas a día de hoy.
Pueden hacerse en directo o automatizados, como te he contado al principio del post.
Lo importante es que tengas preparados anuncios y emails para cada una de las etapas del webinar:
- Atracción.
- Pre webinar.
- Post webinar.
No te olvides de tener instalado el Píxel de Facebook en las páginas que forman parte del proceso.
A las personas que ven el webinar pero no compran, al final del proceso puedes hacer un downsell y vender un producto de precio más reducido.
Otros tipos de Funnels de Ventas
Como has visto, existen diferentes tipos de embudos de venta, pero estos no son excluyentes entre sí.
Es decir, puedes combinar varios dentro de un mismo sistema.
Por ejemplo, puedes tener una OTO en combinación con un webinar a la vez.
Piensa que si la persona no compra en la OTO, no significa que no pueda hacerlo después del webinar.
